LCADT
Luton Carnival Arts Development Trust started back in 1998 as an independent arts development organisation. We started life with the simple aim of getting more people involved in the International Luton Carnival. Over the last 7 years we have expanded our vision and are now looking to raise £6.2 million to establish and build a dedicated centre for the promotion and development of carnival arts.
