EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

The Luton Carnival Arts Development Trust (LCADT) intends to develop the first UK Centre for Carnival Arts (UKCCA) in the South Ward area of Luton town centre. The Trust has commissioned and is building a unique, dedicated, facility for the promotion and development of carnival arts and enterprises. Construction is now underway and completion is expected in early 2008.

Part of the new building includes a purpose built childcare facility to cater for high quality, professional nursery, pre-school or crèche provision to the communities of Luton and particularly with empathy and links to the aims and activities of the Carnival Centre.

The childcare facility will be leased to a registered and qualified operator and we welcome interest from new or experienced organisations or individuals including new or existing charities, social enterprises, limited companies, partnerships or franchise companies etc. to operate from our facilities.
